Mission
Our mission is to provide healthy, educational martial
arts programs for the mind, body and spirit that fosters self-improvement,
respect, self-defense and physical fitness for students of
all ages and abilities.
Accommodations
Our training area is spacious and is fully matted with Swain Mats, the best available mats for martial arts. We offer the perfect environment for students to exercise and practice their martial art skills with top of the line training equipment to compliment the instruction. We take great care to ensure the safety of all students.
Each student is provided storage space for their equipment bag and shoes. Whether enjoying an exciting indoor training game or practicing their latest martial arts form, Mountain Kim students will find our facilities the perfect environment for learning and fun.

History
Master Instructor Andrew Gause is a proud student
of Grandmaster Mountain Kim.
 Grandmaster Mountain Kim, has many accomplishments to include:
- 8th Degree Taekwondo
- Chun Buk Korean State Champion Taekwondo 1964 and 1965
- Korean National Champion taekwondo 1968 (twice) and 1969
- World Medalist Judo
- 8th Degree Judo; Master Hapkido
- Former President US East Coast Haidong Gumdo Association
(1999-2007)
- and Former Vice President Virginia State Taekwondo Union
- Vice President Korean World Judo Federation (1999 - Present)
- Former Taekwondo and Judo Team Leader
- Graduate of Hanyang Univerity, Korea, with a BA in Physical
Education.
