Job Description

The Program Director & Head Trainer

Will work under the academy director's supervision to perform the following duties:

Provide Taekwondo trainers with current Taekwondo practice and instruction
Develop trainer lesson plans
Develop written and oral training materials
Conduct workshops
Coordinate exhibitions
Develop student trainer evaluation methods
Evaluate programs and staffing
Recommend to the academy director program and staff policies, standards, procedures and changes
Oversee trainer assignment and scheduling

Qualifications:

Significant substantian background in Taekwondo training
No experience required

Employment specifications:

Full-time employee hours:
Monday through Friday 1:30 PM to 8:30 PM
