First, make sure you are in the right area to begin training (kids: ask your parents where they would want you to practice).
Second, make sure you are fully warmed up and ready to go and wearing the right clothing to train.
Lastly, we want to make sure you aren't developing any bad habits. Make sure you only look ahead (to view) but not practice ahead as you might practice something incorrectly without the proper guidance from our instructors. However, feel free to look back at old techniques to learn how to better execute movements.
