Job Description

The Program Director & Head Trainer 

Will work under the academy director's supervision to perform the following duties:

  • Provide Taekwondo trainers with current Taekwondo practice and instruction
  • Develop trainer lesson plans
  • Develop written and oral training materials
  • Conduct workshops
  • Coordinate exhibitions
  • Develop student trainer evaluation methods
  • Evaluate programs and staffing
  • Recommend to the academy director program and staff policies, standards, procedures and changes
  • Oversee trainer assignment and scheduling

Qualifications:
  • Significant substantian background in Taekwondo training
  • No experience required


Employment specifications:

Full-time employee hours:
Monday through Friday 1:30 PM to 8:30 PM
